Account, case, document and workflow requests
Email privacy@getsweat.ai from the address associated with your account, with the subject Data deletion request. Identify the account or workspace and whether the request covers membership, a case, uploaded documents, workflow records or historical analytics recordings. Do not include unnecessary identity documents or case material in the initial email. We will arrange any verification needed to establish your authority and confirm the scope.
Case deletion includes applicable evidence packets, captured sources, uploaded documents and related storage objects. Revoking a document link or losing access to a case is separate from completing deletion. Removing an individual membership does not automatically remove another person's cases or the records of a shared workspace.
Retention and timing follow the privacy policy and the applicable customer agreement. We confirm the intended scope, applicable timing and any records that must be retained by law. Cleanup receipts, backups and provider-held copies require separate checks; we do not treat an interface success message as proof that every copy has been erased.
Retiring the public Check offer does not automatically delete existing records, cancel an agreement or waive a deletion request. Contact us about existing access or records if you cannot sign in.
Connected Instagram accounts
For a connected Instagram business account, the stored data includes messages, workflow drafts and reviewer decisions, response-time records, a profile snapshot and webhook subscription information.
You can request removal in either of these ways:
- Revoke the app in Instagram's account settings under Apps and websites. The integration may still appear under its historical technical name Foresyn-IG. Removing it triggers Meta's deauthorization callback. The existing commitment is to delete associated messages and workflow data within 30 days.
- Email privacy@getsweat.ai from the account-associated address with the subject Data deletion request and the Instagram handle. For this connected-account procedure, we confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
The connected-account procedure covers stored messages, workflow records, the profile snapshot and webhook subscription. We unsubscribe the integration so Meta stops delivering events. Minimal ledger entries required by law or for fraud prevention may remain: a hashed account identifier, removal date and request reason, without message content or personal profile data.
